Our place is located at 707/18 on Punagam Road, right in the Chhitu Nagar Society area of Sector 26. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we get our work done. Most days are spent fixing things or talking to people about what they need help with. We see a lot of neighbors coming through. The road outside can get a bit noisy during the day with all the traffic heading through Sector 26, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. We started this because we knew a bit about how to solve these kinds of problems and it just grew from there. It’s not always pretty, there are cables and parts lying around sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do much advertising; people mostly just find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We try to keep things simple. If something is broken or needs looking at, we take a look and see what can be done. It’s an honest day’s work and we like being our own bosses. The area is nice and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around here pretty well over the years. We’re usually around from morning until the evening, unless we have to step out for a bit. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we do. We usually keep some spare parts in the back cupboard just in case.
