Our place, M A C Master Tools Pvt Ltd, is in Industrial Area Phase I. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of noise and trucks coming and going all the time. We handle a lot of different tools here, and the workshop is usually humming with the sound of something being tested or fixed. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes because of the dust and the metal bits everywhere. We’ve got a lot of heavy machinery that’s been with us for years. It’s reliable, which is what matters to us. Most of the guys here have been working with tools their whole lives, so we know what we’re doing without needing a manual for everything. We don't have a fancy reception area or a coffee lounge. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in the back with our hands dirty. We focus on the work itself rather than making the office look pretty. Phase I is a tough place but it suits us just fine. We get the orders in, we do the work, and we get them out. There’s a lot of sweat and effort that goes into every day. We don't really bother with big advertisements. The work speaks for itself mostly. It’s just a group of people who know their way around a master tool and aren't afraid of hard work.
