Larsen Toubro Limited

Larsen Toubro Limited is based at House No 2523 in the Telehos Society in Chandigarh. This is in Sector 50C, which is mostly a residential area. We’ve converted this house into a working space for our engineering team. It’s a nice change from the loud construction sites we are usually on. We use the rooms for desks and keeping all our project files. Chandigarh is a very well-planned city and we try to keep our operations just as tidy. We spend our mornings going over the daily schedules and answering emails. In the afternoon, someone usually has to head out to check on the progress of a job site nearby. It’s a pretty quiet atmosphere here and we try not to disturb the neighbors too much. Sometimes you’ll see our company trucks parked on the street when we are loading up gear. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, just the house number. Our team is small but we’ve all been doing this for years. We don’t use any complicated language when we talk to our clients. We just tell them what needs to happen and how we are going to get it done. It is an honest and practical way to run things. We focus on the planning here so that everything goes smoothly when the actual building starts. It’s just how we do things in Sector 50C.
