Our office is a straightforward engineering space. We don't have any of those modern office features like bean bag chairs or glass walls. It’s just a solid place with desks, computers, and a lot of engineering drawings. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know the neighbors and the local shops. The team consists of people who genuinely understand how things are built. We don’t use big, fancy words to sound important. We just talk about the projects in a way that makes sense. It’s a quiet atmosphere, which is good for the kind of thinking we have to do. We don’t have a big marketing department or a polished public image. We just rely on the work we do every day. The office at 1403 is where all the planning and calculations happen. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background and a pot of tea on the go. It’s a very human environment. We don’t follow strict corporate rules; we just make sure we do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s a simple life here in Chandigarh, and we’re happy with how things are going. We just keep our heads down and work.
