Our office is located at House Number 173 in Sector 18 A. Chandigarh is a good place to work, especially in these older sectors with the big trees. We aren't in a high-rise building. We prefer being in a house where we can open the windows and see the street. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which helps us focus. Inside, the place is full of folders and maps. We aren't really concerned with having the latest office furniture. As long as the chairs are comfortable enough to sit in for eight hours, we are happy. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years. We know each other well and it feels a bit like a family. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy slogans. We just tell people our address and they find us. Sector 18 is easy to get to from anywhere in the city. We have a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds sometimes get ahead of us. It’s a basic, no-nonsense office. We get our work done and go home to our families. That is really all there is to it. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation. We just like having a steady place to work every day. It's a comfortable routine for everyone involved.
