Kmg Infotech Ltd is based in Chandigarh, inside the Kendriya Vihar complex in Sector 48 B. Our office is actually Flat No 305. Being in a residential sector like 48 B means it’s a lot calmer than the city center. We like that it feels more like a community here. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a living room feel even though it’s full of monitors and keyboards. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much set. We come in, brew some tea, and get to work on our projects. It’s not the kind of place with a glass elevator or a lobby. You just walk up to the third floor. We have some plants on the balcony that we sometimes forget to water, and the desks are a bit cluttered with papers. That’s just how we work. It’s a real space for real people. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just sit down and put in the hours. Chandigarh is a nice city to be in, and being in Sector 48 B makes the commute fairly easy for most of us. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do every day. It’s a simple, functional setup that works fine for us. Everyone just gets on with their own tasks.
