Ishwar Overseas

We operate Ishwar Overseas out of Mohali. It’s a pretty straightforward setup here, nothing too flashy or complicated. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at shipping papers. Dealing with overseas stuff means our hours can get a bit weird sometimes, depending on who we are talking to. The office is usually quiet unless a delivery is arriving or leaving. We’ve been based in Mohali for a while now and it’s a good spot for us. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small group of us making sure everything moves from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to scramble to fix it, which can be stressful, but that’s the reality of this job. We don’t really do much marketing or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important piece of equipment we own, honestly. We try to keep things organized, but the desks usually have stacks of documents on them. It’s just honest work. We don’t pretend to be something we aren’t. If you’re looking for a big corporate building with a glass lobby, you won’t find that here. It’s just a regular workspace where we get things done and try to stay on top of the logistics.
