Iocs Private Limited

Iocs Private Limited is based out of House No 1596 in Sector 18 D, which is a fairly central part of Chandigarh. The house has been converted into a working space and it has that older Chandigarh feel to it, which we actually like. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see in some other areas. Being in 160018 makes it easy for most of us to get to work without spending hours in traffic, although the roundabouts can get a bit crowded during the evening rush. We usually have the windows open when the weather is good to let some fresh air in. The street outside is usually lined with cars and there are some big trees that give some shade to the front of the building. Inside, Iocs Private Limited is basically just a series of rooms where we have set up our computers and files. It’s not a very formal environment, and you might see someone drinking tea or chatting in the hallway. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have on our plates. It’s a quiet corner of Sector 18 D and it suits us just fine. Most people around here are just going about their own business, and we do the same. House No 1596 is where you will find us if you are looking.
