Inera Cropscience Private Limited

We are located at Plot No.-68, Floor-5 in Sector 44. This part of Gurgaon is always busy, but being up on the 5th floor gives us a little bit of quiet. Inera Cropscience is mostly about the technical side of farming. We spend our time looking at data and figuring out how to improve crops. The office isn't anything special—just a bunch of desks, some lab samples here and there, and plenty of coffee. We don't really go for the corporate look. Most days, we’re just in casual clothes, focusing on the science. Sector 44 is a good spot for an office, even if the lift takes forever to arrive during the morning rush. We have a small group here, and we’ve all been working together for a while now. We don't have big mission statements or posters about being the best. We just do the research and try to help farmers get more out of their land. It’s a lot of routine work, like checking reports and talking to our field researchers on the phone. Sometimes it’s a bit dry, but we like what we do. If you visit, you won't see any fancy receptionists or shiny lobbies. You’ll just see us working at our desks, surrounded by files and crop samples. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on getting the science right for the people who need it.
