Heera Traders

Our spot is Sco 417-418, located in Sector 35-C along Himalaya Marg. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. Heera Traders takes up two units, but it still feels small because of all the stock we keep on hand. The stairs leading up to the office are a bit steep and can be slippery if you aren't careful. Inside, it’s a mix of ringing phones and the sound of the printer going non-stop. We have these big metal desks that are probably older than I am, and they’re covered in ledgers and sticky notes. The air conditioner works, but it makes a loud rattling sound that we’ve just learned to ignore. We get a lot of walk-in traffic, people looking for quotes or just wanting to check out the goods, so the front door is always opening and closing. The staff is mostly local folks who know the market inside out. We usually take turns going downstairs to grab snacks from the vendors on the street. It’s a fast-paced environment, especially on Mondays when everything seems to happen at once. We don’t have a fancy lounge for visitors; they usually just pull up a stool near the counter. It’s just a regular trading office in a busy part of the city, and we like it that way.
