Sushev Agricultural Farm Pvt Ltd

Our office is over in Block A-118 K, right in Sector 35. It’s a bit of a concrete area for a farm business, but this is where we handle all the paperwork and planning. The actual farming happens further out, but Sushev Agricultural Farm is run from this spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to workers and checking on the weather. Agriculture is a tough business because you can't control the rain or the heat. We’ve had years where everything went wrong and years where things were okay. We keep our files in old metal cabinets and the desk is always covered in dirt samples or seed packets. It’s not a shiny corporate place. It’s just a room where we try to figure out how to get the most out of the land. People come in and out all day, mostly drivers or guys from the fields. We drink a lot of water because the air conditioning in Sector 35 isn't always working like it should. We aren't experts in everything, but we know the soil in this region pretty well by now. It’s just a regular job for us, making sure the crops get where they need to go and that the bills get paid on time. We usually lock up around six and head home to get some rest. We've been at this for years and it's what we know.
