We are located right in the middle of the Makarpura Industrial Estate at SCF 20. It is a busy area with a lot of noise from the nearby factories and trucks moving in and out all day. Most of our time is spent handling orders and making sure the inventory is where it should be. The office is small and usually has papers piled up on the desks. We deal with various industrial parts and supplies that people in Sector 17 need for their work. It gets dusty because of the GIDC surroundings, so we have to wipe things down pretty often. It is not the kind of place you come for a quiet chat. People drop by, ask for what they need, and we go find it in the back. Sometimes the shipments are late, and we have to spend the morning on the phone tracking them down. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big reception area. Most of the guys here wear work clothes because things get messy when we are moving crates around. On Saturdays, it’s a bit quieter, which gives us a chance to count the stock. We try to keep things organized but it’s hard when new stuff keeps arriving. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that's usually the highlight of the afternoon. We just keep grinding away at the daily tasks until it's time to head home.
