We work out of House No 452 in Sector 20A of Chandigarh. It’s a quiet residential-looking street, but we do all our tech work right here. We mostly deal with computers, software, and fixing things that aren't working right. It’s not a big corporate park office with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know our way around a motherboard. People from around Chandigarh bring their gadgets to us when they stop working, or they call us when their office systems go down. Sector 20A is a nice part of the city to be in. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and typing away. Sometimes the problems are easy to fix, and other times we have to spend hours figuring out a single bug in the code. We don't use much fancy jargon when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what is broken and how we can fix it. The house is full of cables, spare parts, and half-finished projects. It might look a bit messy to someone walking in, but we know where everything is. We’ve been at this for a bit now, keeping up with how fast technology changes every year. It’s a lot of learning and a lot of patience. We just focus on solving the problems that people bring to our door, day in and day out, without any fuss.
