Hale Ideas Systems

You’ll find Hale Ideas Systems on the second floor of SCO 10-11-12 in Sector 17A. It’s a pretty standard office building. We’ve been in this space for a while, and it’s seen a lot of changes. There are three of these units joined together, so we have a bit of room, but it’s mostly filled with desks, old monitors, and cables running everywhere. It’s not a fancy tech office with bean bags or free snacks. It’s just a place where we sit and work on systems all day. The windows look out over the parking lot, which is usually a mess by ten in the morning. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and talking through problems. Sometimes we argue about the best way to fix a bug or set up a server, but it’s all part of the job. It gets quiet in the afternoons when everyone is focused, except for the sound of someone typing or the hum of the air conditioner. We don't really do the whole corporate ladder thing. We’re just a bunch of people who are good with systems and like solving puzzles. If you come by, you might have to hunt for a spare chair because we tend to pile books and papers on everything. It’s a bit messy, but it’s our space and it works for what we do. We're just regular people doing our thing every day without wanting anything too fancy.
