We’re based in the Ajanta Enclave Society in SECTOR 51-D. Our specific unit is 3129. Being located inside a housing society gives Globalarrays Consultancy Private Limited a very different vibe than being in a business park. You have to pass the security gate and walk through the residential blocks to find us. It’s a quiet place, which is great for when we really need to concentrate on our work. The office itself is basically an apartment that we’ve repurposed. We use the different rooms for different tasks, and the main hall is where most of the action happens. There are plenty of books and files scattered around, as we tend to keep a lot of physical records. We don't have a shiny corporate logo on the wall or a dedicated lunchroom. Most of us just eat at our desks or head out to one of the small shops nearby. The lighting is just regular home fixtures, and sometimes we have to move things out of the way if we’re using the balcony for a quick break. It’s a very grounded way to run a business, and we prefer it that way. We aren't about looking fancy; it’s about the people who work here and the work we produce. Sector 51-D is a nice, peaceful part of Chandigarh to be in, and we feel lucky to have this spot in Ajanta Enclave.
