If you go to the Housing Board Colony, look for number 3/40. That is where we are. Glitterati Farms Private Limited runs out of this small setup. It is more of a residential area, so it stays pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We like it that way because we can actually focus on the farm planning without too much noise. The house is old but sturdy. We have turned a couple of the rooms into our workspace. There are papers stacked on the tables and usually a map of the land spread out somewhere. It is not what you would call a modern office. There are no glass partitions or fancy coffee machines. We just use a regular kettle for our tea. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket outside on the street while we are trying to figure out the seed orders or the irrigation schedules. It is a very normal, local way to run a business. We do not try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just take care of the farms from this little corner of the colony. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it is not high on the priority list. We are more concerned with what is happening in the soil than what the office looks like. It is a humble place but it serves us well for our daily work.
