Fdtl Private Limited is based in Mohali at SCF 61-62 in Industrial Phase 7. This part of SAS Nagar is always buzzing with activity because of all the different businesses and workshops around. Our office is what they call a Shop-cum-Flat, so it’s a bit of an older style building with concrete stairs and a lot of character. The parking around Phase 7 can be a real headache if you don’t get here early enough in the morning. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now and we know all the local tea vendors nearby. The office inside is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and stacks of files that probably need sorting one day. We don’t really go in for any of that polished corporate decor. It’s a place where we come to get things done and that’s about it. Being in 160055 means we are surrounded by other people doing the same, so there’s always a bit of noise from the street or the units next door. It’s a very grounded environment. We usually just bring our own tiffin for lunch or go out to one of the small dhabas nearby. The commute from other parts of Chandigarh can be long when the traffic is heavy, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a simple, functional space for our company to operate from without any extra bells and whistles.
