Eureka Forbes

Our Eureka Forbes office is located over in Mohali 11. It’s a decent area, quite different from the main city centers but always active with residents and local traffic. The office is really just a base for our service teams and a place where we keep the inventory. If you walk in, you’ll see stacks of filters and technicians coming in and out in their uniforms throughout the morning. It’s not the kind of place where you’d go for a fancy shopping experience. It’s more of a hub for getting things fixed. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the customers in Mohali 11 and our guys on the road. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that most days. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a phone that never seems to stop buzzing. It gets a bit loud when everyone is in the office at the same time, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. People around here know we’re the spot for their water and cleaning tech needs. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like a giant corporation. We’re just the local team here. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us. Things are simple and we keep them that way.
