Parima

You can find Parima up on the first floor of the newly built market in Sector 40. It’s still got that new building smell, though we’ve settled into our space pretty well by now. Being on the first floor means it’s a bit quieter than the shops downstairs, which we actually like when we are trying to focus. We don’t have a huge staff, just a few of us here every day handling the business. The market is still filling up with other shops, so it’s an interesting place to be right now. Our space is simple, with basic furniture and some product displays. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive decor or fancy lighting. It’s more about having a reliable place where people can come and talk to us. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking to folks who climb the stairs to see us about what they need. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so that’s something we have to tell people about before they visit. We keep our hours pretty standard, and we’re usually here unless someone had to step out for a quick lunch nearby. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy or complicated. We deal with people from Sector 40 and the nearby blocks. It’s nice being in a fresh spot, and we’re just taking it one day at a time. The office is bright because of the big windows, but it’s definitely a workspace first and foremost. We like the quiet.
