If you head into Industrial Area Phase I and find Turner Road, you’ll eventually see E-172. That’s where Cybrain Software Solutions is set up. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by workshops and manufacturing units. It’s a loud neighborhood with a lot of grit. Our building is pretty plain on the outside, and on the inside, it’s just a standard office. We do software development, so our tools are keyboards and monitors rather than hammers or lathes. It’s a bit of a contrast to the guys next door who are working with metal. We have a small room for breaks, though it’s mostly just a table and a microwave. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team, and we all know each other’s coffee orders. The floors are concrete, which is common for this area. We spend our days solving logic problems and writing code that hopefully doesn't break. Sometimes the dust from the industrial activity gets inside, so we have to clean our screens more often than people in fancy office parks. We don't have any promotional banners or big advertisements. We just focus on the projects we have on our plates. E-172 isn't a glamorous address, but it’s a good place to work without many distractions. We’ve been here for a while and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s just how we operate.
