The office is up on the second floor of SCO-18 on Madhya Marg. Being in Sector 26 means there is always traffic noise coming up from the street below. We spend most of the day on the phone or tucked behind computer screens trying to coordinate different sports events and tournaments. The walls are mostly covered with old posters and some schedules that we keep updated with markers. It is not the quietest place to work because someone is always talking or arguing about a match result. We have a small pantry in the back where the coffee machine lives, and that is probably the most used piece of equipment in the whole place. There are stacks of paper everywhere and boxes of trophies waiting to be moved out to whatever ground we are using that weekend. Madhya Marg is a busy area, so we see a lot of people coming in and out of the building all day. The elevator is a bit slow and grumpy, so I usually just take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps the legs moving at least. We handle a lot of logistics for the teams, which means a lot of spreadsheets and late-night emails. It is a fast-paced environment and things change at the last minute all the time. We just have to stay flexible and keep things moving so the matches can actually happen without a hitch.
