The office for Cinkal Tech Solutions Private Limited is tucked away at Plot No. 181/36 in the Industrial Area, Phase-1. If you know Chandigarh, you know the Industrial Area has its own pace. It’s dusty, busy, and there are trucks moving around constantly. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and it suits what we do. It’s not a shiny glass building in a IT park, but a real working space. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our workstations trying to figure out technical solutions that actually make sense for the people using them. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, dealing with the nuts and bolts of tech stuff. Lunch usually involves grabbing something quick from a local stall nearby or just eating at the desk when things are piling up. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because the work we do is what matters. It gets a bit loud outside with all the workshops and traffic in Phase-1, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over time. It’s a straightforward operation here. No one is wearing suits or trying to impress anybody with big words. We just show up to the plot, get the lights on, and start working through the queue of things that need fixing or building.
