Chroma Farms Llp is based right in the heart of the city in Sector-17-C. We are up on the 4th floor of Sco No-127-128. It is a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which it does from time to time. From up here, we manage the farm operations and all the logistics that go with it. Being in Sector 17 means we are right in the middle of everything in Chandigarh. It’s a lively spot, and there is always something going on outside. Inside our office, things are usually a bit more focused. We deal with the day-to-day tasks of running a farm business, which involves a lot of coordination and planning. We aren't fancy people. We mostly wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work through our lists. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just rely on common sense and the experience we’ve picked up over the years. Some people might find our office a bit cluttered with maps and schedules, but we know where everything is. It works for us. We’ve been at 160017 for a good while and we like the rhythm of this place. Whether it’s harvest season or planning time, we just keep plugging away at it. It is just a handful of us trying to make sure the farms are doing what they are supposed to do.
