Bay Infocomm Pvt Ltd is located in Sector 8, specifically SCO 120/121. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve managed to fill it up with gear and desks over the years. We handle communication systems and basic IT infrastructure stuff. Mostly, we’re out at different sites or sitting here troubleshooting hardware issues. The office can get a bit noisy with the fans from the servers and people talking on the phone. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge area. It’s just a place where we get things done. We’ve been around Sector 8 long enough to know the best places to park, which is a small victory in itself. The team is a mix of older guys who have seen everything and some younger ones who are faster with the new software. We don't talk much about visions or strategies; we just look at the tickets that come in and try to clear them by the end of the day. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to wait around, which is always a bit ironic for an infocomm company. But usually, it’s just a steady stream of work. We keep the printers running and the servers humming. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It suits us just fine.
