It is a handy spot because people can just get off the bus and walk straight into our shop. The place is filled with all different types of tiles and various slabs of marble. It gets a bit cramped inside because we try to fit as much stock as possible into the space we have. We have been here in Dhanas for quite a long time. The market is always buzzing with people looking for materials for their new houses or repairs. We are not doing anything fancy or high-end here. We just show the people what we have in the racks. Some days are very slow and we just sit by the front door watching the buses go past. Other days it is a real scramble to get everything loaded onto the small tempos for delivery. We have all sorts of patterns and colors. Some customers know exactly what they want while others take a few hours to make up their minds. We do not mind that at all.
