Balaji Hardware & Mill Store

We are situated up on the first floor of SCO 6 in the Industrial Area Phase 2. It is an older building and we have been here a long time. We spend our days selling hardware and various mill supplies. The shelves are packed tight with all kinds of bits and pieces, tools, and metal parts for machines. It can be a bit difficult to find things if you don't know our specific layout, but we know exactly where every single bolt is kept. We mostly deal with the factories and the workers from nearby who need parts for their equipment. It is a dusty kind of business. We don’t have a fancy glass shopfront or anything like that. You just walk up the concrete stairs and you will find us there. Sometimes we get very busy and the main counter gets cluttered with old invoices and metal samples. It’s just the way things go in an industrial area like this. We don't use much technology in the shop. Most of our orders and stock are still written down in our physical books. It has worked for us for years. We know most of our regular customers by their first names. They come in for a very specific part, and we just dig it out from the back. It is honest work and we have no plans to change how we do it.
