Arroyo Technologies Private Limited is located on the top floor of building 3531 in Sector 35-D. Being on the top floor means we get a lot of steps in every day because the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes. The office isn't huge, but we make it work. We’ve got our computers set up along the walls and a big table in the middle for when we need to look at things together. There’s a small window that looks out over the rooftops of Chandigarh. It’s a pretty standard setup with some filing cabinets that probably have stuff in them from three years ago. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We try to keep the fridge stocked with cold water, especially when the heat hits 40 degrees. Our workspace is a bit cluttered with cables and spare keyboards, but we know where everything is. If someone needs a hand, they just lean over and ask. We don't have fancy meetings in glass rooms; we just talk across the desks. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it keeps us focused on the technology side of the business. We usually wrap things up by early evening unless there’s something urgent that needs finishing before we head out for the night. It's just a regular office with regular people trying to get things done.
