We set up Argron Solutions Llp over in Aero City, specifically in Block I of SAS Nagar. It’s a newer part of the area, so things feel a bit different compared to the old city center. The roads are wider and there’s more space, but it can get a bit dusty with all the construction nearby. Our office is in building 8196. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and a small area for making coffee. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through problems. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits; most of us just come in wearing whatever is comfortable. The air conditioning is a life saver during the peak of June. We usually have some music playing softly in the background to keep the energy up. Since we are in Aero City, you can sometimes hear the planes, but you stop noticing them after a few days. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone trying to sell you things. It’s just a group of us who know how to handle the work. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The lighting is okay, though we had to move a few desks to avoid the glare on the monitors. It’s a functional space that suits the way we work on our daily projects. We just keep our heads down and try to do a good job.
