Agilsys Software Labs Private Limited is situated at House No - 422 in Sector-15 A, Chandigarh. We decided to set up our software lab in a house rather than a commercial office building. Sector 15 A is a very pleasant residential area, and it gives us a calm environment to work in. We have several rooms that we’ve turned into workspaces. One room is full of computers where the main coding happens, and we use another for our meetings and tea breaks. We are a private limited company, but we keep our operations very simple. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up in our everyday clothes and get to work. The street outside is usually quiet, which is great because software development requires a lot of concentration. We like being in Chandigarh; it’s a well-planned city and everything is easy to reach. Our office isn't flashy. It has plain walls and standard furniture. We think this helps us stay focused on the actual work instead of getting distracted by office perks. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors are used to us being there. It’s a practical way to run a small tech business without all the unnecessary overhead of a big corporate office. We just take it one day at a time.
