Advancetech India Pvt Ltd operates from SCO-160 in Sector-24D. This is a typical Chandigarh commercial setup. Being in a Shop-cum-Office building means we have neighbors on both sides. We are in the middle of the sector market area. It’s a nice place because you can get everything you need nearby. The office is spread across a couple of floors. We deal with tech solutions and electronics. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks with monitors. We have a lot of cables running along the floor, which we really should tidy up one day. The walls are white but have some marks where we moved the furniture around. There is a small balcony at the back where people go for a break. We get a lot of light from the front windows, which is nice in the winter. It’s not a high-end corporate park. It’s just a regular office in a regular sector. We’ve got a small kitchen area with a kettle that everyone uses. Most of our days are spent in front of screens or on calls with clients. We’ve been here for several years now and we like the location. It’s easy for everyone to find. We just keep things moving along without much fuss.
