It’s a simple setup. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby. It’s just a room with the essentials—desks, chairs, and a computer. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for getting work done. You see people going about their daily lives, kids playing, and folks heading to the market. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. It feels like home. We don't go in for all that marketing talk or big promises. We just do our daily tasks and try to keep things moving. The building is a regular house-style office typical for this sector. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with papers, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don't have a lot of people coming and going, so it stays pretty peaceful. We like the pace of things in Sector 38 A. It’s not as frantic as the city center. We just show up every morning and do our bit. It’s an honest way to work. No missions or visions, just a local person doing their job at 350. That’s really all there is to it. We’re just part of the local fabric here in Chandigarh.
