Standard Mechanical Works

Standard Mechanical Works is down in the Anand Parbat Industrial Area. Our specific spot is 4/39A on Gali No.4T. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty dusty and loud with all the shops running at the same time. We have been here doing mechanical work for quite a while now. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a lot of metal, tools, and heavy parts sitting around on the floor. We spend most of our mornings getting the machines warmed up and checking what needs to be fixed or built. Gali No.4T can be a bit of a squeeze for bigger trucks, but people manage to get in and out somehow. It’s a real working neighborhood. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, our hands are actually busy with the jobs. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but we just wait it out or find something else to do until it comes back. It’s just how things go around here. People know where to find us when they need mechanical stuff handled without a lot of talk. We keep the doors open through the day, and you can usually hear the sound of work from down the street. It’s a simple setup at this address, but it serves the purpose. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't.
