Simran Engineers

Simran Engineers is based in Anand Parbat, right on Gali No 9 at number 25/7. This neighborhood is full of small workshops and people making things, and we are just one of them. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. Gali No 9 is usually pretty crowded with carts and workers, so there’s always a lot of energy around. Our space at 25/7 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a simple engineering setup. We have our tools and our benches, and that’s about it. We don't go in for fancy decorations or big offices. We think that if the work is done right, that’s what actually matters at the end of the day. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when the summer heat hits Anand Parbat, but we just get on with it. Simran Engineers isn't a massive corporation with a board of directors. It’s just us, working on whatever projects come through the door. We know our neighbors and they know us. Most of the people on Gali No 9 are just like us, trying to earn a living by making things with their hands. We don't have any big secrets or complex systems. We just go to 25/7 every day and put in the hours.
