Konark Color Lab & Digital Studio

Konark Color Lab & Digital Studio is tucked away at Shop No 1 in the Rohini Complex. We are right on Mother Dairy Road in Shakarpur, just opposite the school block on the main road. The shop is not very big, but we have managed to fit all our printing machines and the studio lights inside. It gets pretty crowded when more than two people are waiting for their passport photos. The hum of the printers is the main sound you hear all day long. We have been on this main road for a while, so we see the same people walking to the school or the dairy every morning. We do everything from quick digital prints to more formal studio portraits. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of a certain type of paper, and we have to scramble to get things back on track. The lighting in the studio part of the shop is a bit old, but it still does the job. We keep a lot of old samples on the walls so people can see the different sizes they can order. Shakarpur is a busy place and we are usually open until fairly late to catch people on their way home from work. It is a local shop where we know the names of the families who come in for their festival photos every year.
