Addwell Images is based in New Delhi, specifically in the Inderpuri area. Our address is Wz 167 in Vill Dasghara, near Todapur. It’s a busy part of the city, and our little shop is right in the mix of it all. We deal with images and visual work, so our space is usually cluttered with prints, cameras, or some kind of gear. It’s not a sterile environment; there are usually scraps of paper and coffee mugs around. We’ve been in this village area for a good amount of time and know the local rhythm well. The noise from the street is just a backdrop to our daily work. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles for everyone. We’re just a handful of people who enjoy working with pictures and making sure they look right. Sometimes the lighting in the shop isn't perfect or we have to move stuff around to find a specific lens, but that’s just how we work. It’s a practical, lived-in space. We don’t go in for big promises or polished sales talk. If you come by Wz 167, you’ll see us busy with whatever project came in that morning. It’s honest work in a crowded part of Delhi, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and try to produce decent stuff for the people who ask us to help out.
