Royal Auto Traders

Royal Auto Traders is situated at 1832/49 in the Naiwala area of Karol Bagh. Anyone who has ever looked for bike parts knows this part of town is like a maze. Our shop is just one of many, but we’ve been standing our ground here for a good while. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking with suppliers or digging through stacks of boxes to find what a customer needs. It’s a trading business, so it’s all about knowing what is in stock and what needs to be ordered. The narrow lanes of Naiwala are always full of people pushing carts and motorcycles weaving through the crowds. Inside our shop, it’s a bit quieter, but not by much. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, and we probably need a better ladder than the one we have now. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have a marketing department or fancy brochures. We just sell parts and talk to the people who come in. Some days it is exhausting with the heat and the noise, but then you have a good chat with a regular and it feels fine. We take our lunch breaks when we can find a quiet moment, usually sitting on a crate in the back. It’s just how things are done here in the market, keeping it real and moving forward every day. We hope to stay for years more.
