Genious Leather Accessories

We set up shop near the Delhi Flour Mills on Roshanara Road. It’s a busy part of town, and the dust from the road sometimes finds its way inside, but that’s just how it is. We make leather accessories, mostly small things like belts or bags that people use every day. Our workshop isn't very large, so we have to be careful with how we store the leather rolls. There’s always the sound of sewing machines or someone hammering at a workbench. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to keep making things that last. The guys working the benches have calloused hands and a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch if the deadline is tight. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we know how to do. The address is 8380/1, which can be a little hard to spot if you aren't looking closely. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers nearby know us by name. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or sales talk. We just show the items we’ve made and let people decide for themselves. It’s a local business run by local people who just like working with leather and making a living. It’s a bit noisy and messy at times, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work.
