If you come by Himland House in the Ranjit Nagar Commercial Complex, you will find us at suite 201. Being in the confectionery business means there is usually a faint smell of sugar or vanilla hanging around the place, which isn't the worst thing in the world. Rish-Hub Confectionery Pvt. Ltd. is a busy spot, especially when we are getting ready for a big holiday season or a new production run. The stairs in this building are always crowded, and the hallways can be a bit narrow when people are moving boxes around. We spend our days coordinating with the production floor and making sure the packaging looks right before things go out. It isn't always smooth sailing; sometimes a machine breaks down or a supplier is late, and then everyone is a bit stressed out. We have a small staff and we all wear many hats, so you might see the manager helping to tape up boxes if things get behind schedule. We don't have any fancy brochures or a glossy image to maintain. We just care about making sure the sweets get where they are going and that the accounts are balanced at the end of the month. It's a lot of long hours during the peak times, but we have a good group of people who don't mind putting in the effort.
