Khanna Industries

We've been at Plot No. 14 for a while now. It’s right there in Gali No. 3, just by the railway line in the Anand Parbat Industrial Area. If you know New Rohtak Road, you know it gets pretty busy around here. The sound of the trains passing by is just something we got used to over the years. It’s a dusty place, honestly, but that’s just how industrial areas are. Most of us get here early before the heat really kicks in. We do a lot of metal work and manufacturing stuff at Khanna Industries. It’s not fancy. The floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of grease around. People come in and out, trucks try to squeeze through the narrow lane, and there's always someone shouting over the noise of the machines. We keep things simple. If you're looking for us, look for the gate near the track side. It’s a tight squeeze for parking, so most people just park further down and walk. My father started things here, and now we just keep the machines running every day. It’s honest work. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office with glass walls. It's just a workshop where we get things made and shipped out to whoever needs them. That’s pretty much the whole story. We’re just here doing our bit in the middle of the chaos of Anand Parbat.
