We are based out of Alfa 1, specifically at C-84 in Greater Noida. It is a busy area and the trucks are always coming and going. Rdc Concrete India Ltd has been at this location for some time now. You can usually find us near the main gate if you're looking for the office. The yard is pretty big because we need the space for all the heavy equipment and the mixing stuff. It gets quite dusty around here, especially in the afternoons when the wind picks up, but that is just the nature of working with concrete. We have a small crew that stays on-site to handle the daily operations. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time and they know exactly where everything goes. The office in C-84 isn't much to look at, just some chairs and a table where we keep the logs and the paperwork. We don't spend much time inside anyway. Usually, we are out back checking on the batches or talking to the drivers. Greater Noida has been growing so fast and we have seen the whole area change from this little spot in Alfa 1. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we keep showing up. We don't have any fancy brochures or big corporate speeches. We just focus on the concrete and getting it where it needs to go on time. It is a bit loud and messy, but it is what we do.
