We have been operating out of this Mata Sundari Road spot for a while now. It is a busy area in New Delhi, right in the DDA flats at 71-C. Most of our days start quite early with trucks coming in or people asking about prices for their small home repairs. Dealing with cement isn't exactly the cleanest job, but it is what we do here at Jk Lakshmi Cement Ltd. You get used to the dust and the heavy bags after a bit. The traffic around this part of Delhi can be a real headache, especially during the peak hours, but we manage to get things moved. Sometimes the weather makes it hard—either it is too hot to be outside or the sudden rain makes us worry about keeping the stock dry. We just focus on keeping the stacks organized and making sure the counts are right when orders go out. People from the neighborhood stop by, and we try to give them straight answers without any fluff. It is just a regular workplace where we spend most of our daylight hours. There is nothing fancy about the office, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork to keep track of. We handle the stock here and try to keep the workflow steady even when things get chaotic outside on the street. It is just us doing the daily grind, making sure the supply is there when someone needs to fix a wall.
