Our office is up on the 11th floor of the Hansalaya Building, which is right on Barakhamba Road in New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy spot being so central. Getting up the elevators in the morning can take a while because everyone is heading to their offices at the same time. Once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workplace with people typing away and phones ringing. We handle a lot of the coordination for the Delhi and Noida regions from here. You get a decent view of the city streets from the windows, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. It’s a lot of administrative stuff, managing accounts and keeping track of the cement orders. We don't have any fancy lounge areas; it's mostly just desks and filing cabinets. The atmosphere is professional but not stiff. We know the local guys who run the courier services and the people in the other offices on our floor. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes ordered in or brought from home. Dealing with the logistics in a city like this means there's always some problem to solve, like a truck stuck in traffic or a delay at a warehouse. We just take it as it comes. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication throughout the day to keep things running. It’s been our base for a long time now, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and energy of Barakhamba Road.
