Rani Sati Communication is located at B-12 in World Mobile Plaza. We are right in Karol Bagh, specifically behind where Wimpy Plaza is. If you know Delhi, you know how hectic Karol Bagh can get. There’s always a crowd and plenty of noise from the street vendors. Our shop is packed with mobile phones and all the accessories you can think of. It’s not a massive space, but we use every inch of the shelves. Most of our day is spent helping people with their devices or sorting through new stock. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s practical for a long day. It can get quite loud inside when the plaza is full of shoppers. We’ve been here for quite some time and have seen many shops come and go. It feels like a small community inside the plaza. We aren't a big chain with a polished image. We’re just a local business that’s been around the block. The lighting is bright so we can see the small parts we work on. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if the market is still busy. It’s hard work but it keeps us going. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just open up the shop and see who comes in. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the energy of Karol Bagh every single day.
