Coai

Coai is tucked away at 14 Bhai Veer Singh Marg. It’s a decent area, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards know our names. The building isn’t one of those glass skyscrapers you see in the movies. It’s a solid, older place that feels like it has some history. We work in a way that’s pretty straightforward. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or complicated plans. We just sit down and get to it. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a funny noise, and we have to give it a kick. That’s just part of being in an older spot. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. If the phone rings and the person who usually answers is busy, someone else just picks it up. That’s how Coai operates. We don’t have a big handbook of rules. We just treat each other with respect and get through the pile of work on our desks. The street outside is usually quiet enough, which helps us stay focused. We’re not looking to change the world overnight, just trying to do our part properly from this office. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us.
