3 G Traders

Our business, 3 G Traders, is based at 5/9 in the WEA area of Karol Bagh, inside the Guru Nanak Complex. If you know Delhi, you know how busy and crowded Karol Bagh gets during the day. There are always people moving around and carts being pushed through the narrow lanes outside. Our office is more of a functional space than a pretty one. It is filled with inventory and stacks of papers that we need to get through. The Guru Nanak Complex is an old building and it has its own character. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or counting stock that comes in from the suppliers. It can get quite dusty here, especially in the summer, so we are always wiping down the counters and shelves. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who have been working together for a long time. There is a guy who brings us coffee twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit and have lunch. It is a bit chaotic, but that is just how trading works in a market like this. We stay busy with invoices and deliveries from morning until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day.
