Idea Cellular Ltd.

We have our office on the 10th floor of the Kailash Building, specifically in units 1005-06. Being on K.G. Marg means we are right in the middle of a lot of action in the city. The elevator in this building is usually slow, so we spend a lot of time waiting for it in the lobby every morning. Once you finally get up to the 10th floor, things are pretty busy. Idea Cellular Ltd. takes up a fair amount of space here. It’s filled with rows of desks, computer screens, and people on headsets. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There’s always someone talking or a printer going off in the background. We have a lot of files and paperwork that seem to pile up no matter how much we try to stay on top of it. The windows give a decent view of the city, which is nice when you need a quick break from looking at the computer screen. We don’t really go in for fancy decor; it’s mostly just standard office furniture that’s seen better days. Lunch breaks usually mean heading down to the street to find something quick to eat from the vendors. It’s a fast-paced environment and we just try to keep the systems running and help whoever calls in. It’s just a regular office day for most of us working here in the building.
