R. P. Engg. Works

R. P. Engg. Works is a small engineering shop located at 31/3 on Street 2. This is situated right inside the Anand Parbat Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever walked through these particular streets, you know they are quite narrow and always busy with workers moving parts. We have a small blue shutter door that we roll up every morning to let some light in. Inside, it’s mostly just metal scraps, some old welding equipment, and a few heavy workbenches that have seen better days. We do various small engineering jobs, nothing too massive, just whatever comes our way from the local businesses in the estate. It’s a bit dark inside the back area, but we have enough hanging lights to see what we’re doing. The other guys working on Street 2 are all pretty friendly for the most part. We often share tools or help each other out when a heavy load comes in and needs an extra pair of hands. It’s not a polished business with a fancy front lobby. You just step off the dusty street and you're right in the middle of the work. We don't really have a mission statement or any big goals. We just try to make sure the welds are solid and the measurements are right for the customer. It’s a lot of manual labor and honest sweat. We’ve been in Anand Parbat for years now, and the area hasn't really changed much. It stays busy.
