R Expo (India)

R Expo (India) is located at 1115 Main Bazar in Paharganj. We are quite close to the Big Mosque, which is a major landmark in this part of Delhi. If you have ever been to Paharganj, you know how intense it is. There are narrow lanes, lots of shops, and people everywhere at all hours. Our building is an older one, much like the rest of the neighborhood. We work out of this space dealing with various goods that we send out for export. It is often dusty and loud because of the construction and the traffic right outside the door. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls or anything. It is just a functional room where we pack boxes and check over our items. The Main Bazar has a very specific energy that we have become used to over the years. We see a lot of travelers passing through and sometimes they stop in to see what we are doing. Our days are mostly about logistics and making sure the quality of the products is what it should be. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. We take our tea from the local stall nearby and keep the work going. It’s a straightforward business in a very busy part of the city. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the shipments out on time without making any big fuss about it.
