Promila & Company

You can find us at 1024/1 in the Bairamkhan area, right near the Darya Ganj Tiraha. It’s an old part of the city, and our building has been around for quite a long time. Promila & Company is a small family business, really. We’ve been working out of this same spot for years. The streets around here are always narrow and full of people, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. Our office is tucked away, and it’s usually full of ledgers and old files. We deal with various goods, mostly trading things that people in the local area need. We know most of our customers by name because they’ve been coming to us for a decade or more. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth works better for us anyway. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it suits us. We don't like all the noise of modern marketing. We just focus on being fair and getting the job done. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but we just put a bucket under it and keep working. It’s an honest living. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just a reliable one that people can trust when they come through Darya Ganj. It’s just how we were taught to do things.
