If you find yourself down in Anand Parbat, we are tucked away in Gali No. 7. It is a tight street and can be hard to park a vehicle sometimes. Our shop is at 7/23, right there among all the other engineering places. We do a bit of everything here when it comes to fixing machines and making small parts. The air usually smells like oil and metal shavings. It is not a clean environment but it is where the actual work happens. We started this small shop years ago near New Rohtak Road because it was close to where we lived. The neighbors are all doing similar things, so it is a lot of banging and grinding sounds all day long. We do not have fancy uniforms or a polished showroom. We just have our tools and our hands. People bring us things that are broken and we try our best to get them moving again. It is a simple living. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but usually we head home when the lights in the alley start coming on. It is crowded in this industrial area, but we like the energy of it. You just have to watch your step with all the metal scraps on the floor. We keep it as tidy as we can, but it is a workshop after all. There is always something that needs fixing or a customer waiting for a part.
